The Answers to your questions......

Why do I need a bridal make up trial?

A trial is the first opportunity to meet me or your make up artist, time to talk through your ideas and any areas of concern.

It's a very informal process where you can be completely honest about what you like and dislike. We practice various styles until you’re completely happy with your wedding look.

A trial run is not only important so you feel relaxed on your wedding morning, it’s also important to test out products for sensitivity on your skin. You don't want an allergic reaction just before you walk down the aisle!

It also helps me gauge timings for the big day. I will put together an itinerary so everything runs smoothly.

Bridesmaids and mothers of the bride are also welcome to have a trial and of course you're welcome to bring them along to your own trial.

Where will it take place and how long will it last?

Trials take place at my home in Croydon.

I work 7 days a week to be flexible around busy schedules. Most trials last around 2 hours.

When should I book my trial?

I recommend around 2  months before of your wedding day.

Is there anything I should bring with me?

Reference images of hair styles and make-up looks you like. Pinterest is a great place to start looking for images.

If you plan to have a hair accessory, veil please bring this along too.

How can I prepare for my trial?

Please wash your hair the night before so it is clean and dry by the morning.

Wear no make up if possible, moisturiser is fine.

How much does it cost?

£100 for a full hair and make up trial.

Can I bring someone with me?

Of course. You are welcome to bring friends, sisters, bridesmaids, mums or even the groom. I don't mind at all.

What if my hair is too short or too long?

If you have short hair but want long curly waves with your hair down, or if you want your hair up but have a short bob, please send me photos of your hair now and the style you would like.

We can add extensions for length and thickness. We can braid and hide long hair away for shorter styles. We can make it work.

Do you do make up on darker skin tones?

Yes. Myself and my team are professional make up artists that are inclusive of all skin tones.

Will you come to me on my wedding morning?

For your bridal trial you come to me, but on your wedding morning I come to you. Whether this is your home or a chosen venue.
